Stop being picky about chapter length and renumber the chapters.

Solve the maintenance boss, finish the maintenance grid, do the mopping
up after the lights turn on, solve the serpent bonus puzzle, solve the
library boss, finish the library, and go through the portal to Elsewhere.

Advance the version to v0.4.
