Cover the case when SVG starts with a comment

Sometimes SVG file starts with a comment (SvgComment) and so it's not passing the check in the first branch of the case statement:

    case parseToNode (accessor icons) of
        Ok (SvgElement element) -> ...
        _ -> text ""

This results in empty content when SVG is rendered. Please notice that in the README or cover it with an additional case-branch.

In one of my other library, I ignored everything before <svg, you can take a similar approach https://github.com/rnons/purescript-svg-parser-halogen/blob/master/src/Svg/Parser.purs#L130
