Add a generator script to generate the text-library-seed #8
Description
Due to copyright reason it may be difficult to provide a larger set of texts with the application.
This script should be able to fetch some text from stdin (piped in from websites, files etc.), split it into paragraphs and generate the seed file for the text_db-seed subproject.
