An option to download the latest chapter for a series, as opposed to a range of chapters (or all of them at once)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Setting --max-ep to a higher number than number of chapters and --min-ep to current latest chapter downloaded

Additional context
It looks like it is finding the total number of chapters, so this shouldn't be too difficult I think?
