How to start fire in the building on the map.

Hello. I am trying to edit scenario.xml to start building to burn. I've used scenario editor, but nothing changed, I tryed to edit scenario.xml manually. Can you help me and tell me what is my mistake?

Current scenarion config:

In order to enable starting fires you need to update this configuration "ignition.random.lambda" to a higher value (it's set now probably to 0.000001 which means no fires will start even if you add it in the scenario) , you will find this configuration in the "ignition.cfg" file.
