Alerts regarding log buffer overflows

Today, I am receiving many alerts regarding log buffer overflows. More specifically, the messages look like this:

coqbot heroku/logplex Error L10 (output buffer overflow): 1 messages dropped since ...

I have received about 30 such alerts in the last two hours.

Previously, I already received similar alerts on July 11th (3 alerts), September 11th (1 alert), September 15th (5 alerts).

According to this documentation page, this may be related to printing very big messages in the logs:

The root cause is almost always unintentionally logging a ton of data, like binary data from a form upload

I'm wondering if this has to do with error message logging from the minimizer. cc @JasonGross @SkySkimmer

I don't see significant coqbot activity in my github notification emails for september 15, certainly no minimizer activity, so that doesn't seem right.
