Including options for auto-generating project templates would be good for this summary in my opinion. As for easier to begin with.
eg.
MvxScaffolding vsix
PrismTemplatePack vsix
MVVM Light vsix
I didn't look for FreshMVVM and Caliburn too much but seems they don't use that.
