Rebrand app to P.U.R.G.E. with UI and metadata updates

Renamed the project from 'universal-android-debloater' to 'purge' across Cargo.toml, build scripts, and source files. Updated the README with new branding, features, and instructions. Refreshed the UI with a new logo, improved layout, progress bar for uninstalls, and modernized visuals. Added egui_extras and image dependencies for enhanced image support. Updated packaging scripts and application icon. Removed references to the old name and improved user guidance throughout the app.
