Problem to get neopixelclock working

I have tried strandtest and it works fine. When i try neopixelclock it only works partly.
My colors are green for hour and red för seconds, but that doesn't matter.
The problem i have is that minutes only works in now and then, in a few positions.
The seconds light up 3 led at the time, but that is perhaps as it is plannet to work.
Greatful if I could get some help.
