cancel_call stop working in VTO2211G-WP

Hello,
i have a VTO2211G-WP and after upgrade to this firmware:
2025-03-31 V4.700.0000000.3.R

the service "dahua.vto_cancel_call" stop working for me
do you know if is a general problem or my fault?

Same. And no possibility to set VTO volume to 0 (mute).

My VTO is DHI-VTO2211G-P-S2.
I found 4.7 version, do you think it's a good idea to trying to downgrade firmware?

I downgraded the firmware for using vto_cancel_call. It's a pity because 4.700 fixed audio codec issues, but removed the vto_cancel_call ability. Now I'm on 4.511 and use @felipecrs sh for fix vto audio codec

i want to downgrade, but my problem is my vto is VTO2211G-WP and i cant find the firmware :-(

Why are you saying "It's a pity because 4.700 fixed audio codec", it's working well or not ?
I want to downgrade but I don't want to brick my VTO. And I use a VTH, may be they don't want to communicate anymore if I downgrade?

I have a different VTO model, the VTO3211D. The new firmware version 4.700 fixes the audio codec issue without needing the shell script. However, the "cancel call" command via CGI doesn’t work with this firmware. So, I reverted to version 4.511, where the "cancel call" command works correctly, but I now need the shell script fix for the audio codec

I cant update de firmware with the 4.5 version
All works because nothing happend when i tried to "downgrade"
I think because is not the correct firmware :-(

I think Dahua is blocking the downgrade.

Could we ask for Dahua re-add the cancel_call into the firmware? How to make a letter to Dahua?
