Description
Beacon monitoring for admins
- Display list of beacons with:
- Beacon name and ID
- Current sync status
- current_manifest_version vs latest_manifest_version
- is_up_to_date indicator
- last_seen_at and last_sync_at timestamps
- Assigned content summary (language, providers, topics count, files count, total size)
- Show beacon health indicators (online/offline based on last seen)
- Allow filtering by status (synced, outdated, error)
