vim/nvim plugin?

Would you consider creating a plugin for vim/neovim for running the runme scripts?

For starters it could be just for running the current block in a runme markdown file - editing of the metadata could still be done as text. In fact, I guess just spawning the runme CLI for current block could work - if it supported e.g. passing a linenumber to execute surrounding block.
