Bug: Failed to display anything and then wiped my file on restart

I tried to open a TODO.md file in vs code with run me installed. It didn't render any of the markdown. When I tried to restart the extension, it cleared everything in file.

I'm on Ubuntu 24 LTS x64 Linux using VS code v1.92.1

Sure, it was a very small file:

- Update the `extract_records` function in `src/llm_utils.py` to use the openai API. 
- Remove all gemini dependencies
