Editing code cell clears output

Right now if you start typing in a code cell the output of a previous execution is cleared
I don't think that is desirable
Output should only be cleared when you re - execute it.

• It might be good to come up with some other affordance for indicating that cell output is not in sync with the current version of the code cell
