Proposal: Extended Users Page Features

I’d like to propose several improvements for the Users page that provide better analysis, context, and usability.
Below are the main ideas:

🚀 Features

1. Multi-Criteria Sorting

• Added the ability to sort users by multiple attributes (e.g., last seen, last event, session count, etc.).
• Provides more flexibility for analysts to prioritize users.

2. User Refresh & Refetch

• Introduced refresh on the user list.
• When viewing details of a user, the system can refetch live data to keep the session timeline updated in real-time.

3. Goal Highlights

• Certain goals can be marked and displayed as already passed milestones, e.g.:
  • Viewed product
  • Added to cart
  • Cart initialized
  • Checkout completed
• Helps quickly see a user’s progress in the funnel.

4. Product Data Preview

• Display product information directly in the user timeline (e.g., product name, price, customization).
• Adds valuable ecommerce context.

5. Campaign & URL Parameters

• Clearly highlight when a user arrived via a campaign (e.g., Facebook / Google).
• Show both the matched campaign identifier and the parameters from the URL (like utm_*, fbclid, gclid).
• Makes campaign attribution much more visible.

6. Collapsible User Details

• User metadata (IP, city, etc.) can be collapsed, since often the focus is on what the user sees and the actions they perform.
• Cleaner UI and faster navigation.

7. Multi-Session Display

• If a user has multiple sessions:
  • They are displayed with scrolling support.
  • Ordered with the most recent session first and expanded by default.
• Provides a chronological overview without clutter.

Your work is absolutely amazing — I originally had a solution built in Laravel with Livewire, but when I discovered your system it already had a large part of the identification structure I needed. So I decided to move all my logic into your platform instead.

I truly believe this can become a powerful tool for e-commerce. I’m already using it for my own online store, and it gives me a complete vision of what’s happening with my users and how to approach them. It helps me minimize abandoned carts and better understand customer behavior.

Yea, this is very impressive. the page is basically completely unrecognizable. i like the sidebar on the left for switching to different users without having to go back to the main users page
