Using Rybbit for simple GIF tracking pixel?

I have a use-case where I would need the ability to embed a simple gif tacking pixel as an <IMG> in email sent out in order to get some stats on when emails are read. I can't seem to find how you can embed a tracking pixel with Rybbit so I would appreciate any help on this one. Thank you.
