mcp discovery to come from the mcp-registry #3

still have to think about the flow.
currenltly its loaded from a mcp.json config.
The idea is mcp.json continues being a way for dev to configure their custom mcp. but now lets say they dont have an mcp.json and want to make an agent. when they are creating it they can choose any mcp that already in the mcp registry and the system will create a mcp.json for them. they can still edit it as they wish. but its just to make took discorvery and collaboration easier.
for example in this way developers can just push their mcp to the mcp-registry and anyone using machine-core to make their agent/multi-agent system will immediately be able to use it.
