EPU: Enable subsetting blocks #758
Description
I have another feature request, this time for epu.
My objective is to have an epu’d file as small as possible before other operations such as conjoin and exodus .py take it over.
Implement an option to write the combined Exodus results file only for selected blocks. It seems that the evar option has a mechanism to limit writing only for selected blocks but the nvar doesn’t. I assume that with the evar option the mesh for the entire model is written but only the selected results are written for only the selected blocks.
I hope this is feasible to implement.
