2 SYR-SafeTec Devices show up as one Device in HA

I had one SYR-SafeTec connected to HA and it worked perfekt.
Than i added a 2nd SYR-SafeTec to HA and there is only one Device showen. All Entities from both devices are stored under one device
Is there a way how to split the entities automatically or manually?

I see. I think I see the error. All the sensors should have a unique name based on serial, but the device identifier does not use unique info per device.

Will do some testing and make a new release when this is fixed 😃

Thanks for the help but I have the same issue as before.
I deleted both devices and added them new. The 1st get always the name from the 2nd device.
If you need some additional information, please let me know.

Did you update to v2.6.1?
Do you have a screenshot of the device?
Can you see anything about the issue in the logs?

Maybe the devices have the same serial number. What is returned from "http://{ip}:5333/trio/get/srn" for each device?

If you can post the json from each device from the "all" endpoint, I can test with the actual data from your device. You can redact serial, mac, etc:
"http://{ip}:5333/trio/get/all"

for SYR it's not trio, it's safe-tec

if i check the Entities, device Name is for both the same, but the values of the entities are different
if I click on "1 Gerät" then I get all entities double

no error/Information in the logfile

Looks similar to what I saw when testing. I managed to fix it for Pontos, as i have one locally in addition to 1 simulated on localhost.

Maybe it is related to an earlier issue with uppercase serial number getting converted internally. Is there uppercse letters in the serial number?

Thanks for the json!
I noticed while having invalid MAC address, that the devices gets combined when they are the same even though the identifier is different. Can you confirm that the MAC address sensor shows different data for the devices?

I also tried setting both MAC addresses the same, with the same result. If I deleted the second device, and changed the MAC to a unique one, they still got combined until I deleted both devices and added them again.

Seems like the identifier gets associated with the first device if the MAC addresses match,

My suggestion is trying to delete both devices and add them again.

Sorry for the dely, I delete both and added them, but at the end its the same result.
In the header onde device with 64 entities. If I change the name of the device, the name of the other device is also changed.

At the entities in the developer area in Home Assistant is only one entry for home / with one IP-Address, one mac-Address, ... and two friendly names

Is ,"getMAC":"xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx", or have you redacted it?
I am able to add the devices separately if i add a unique MAC to the devices in the json you provided.

If that it the case maybe the MAC is unsupported on this device. If that is the case, adding device info should be skipped if the data is invalid.

the MAC Address and serial number are differente on the two devies and with get/all both have different Infos on MAC and serial number.
in HA he is adding both under the same serial number, with differen MAC addresses

can i add them manually?
