Add foreign project hook reference #4
Description
It'd be really nice to have a "registry" of projects using hooker and a reference of their provided hooks. The main concern is how the hooks are gonna be found for each projects (the most obvious way is to set up a gh workflow and httpimport each project and find the defined hooks - that means that we give code execution to each project author and we have to keep an eye on who does what) and how are they gonna stay up to date. On each push? each release? This could get out of hand rather quickly...
Ideas?
