Writing to RFID tag #2

Not necessarily an issue but curious if there was any chance of an answer, this might not be a thing but is it possible using the reader to write information to the RFID tag?
Adapted from the code provided when printing this to console using uart.read(12) we get : 020047E09F3A
I was curious if this information can be updated and changed.
