Scouter Paper conf 설정 후 접근 시 403 Forbidden

안녕하세요

Scouter Paper를 사용하기 위해 Scouter conf 파일을 아래와 같이 구성하였습니다.

scouter-paper

net_http_server_enabled=true
net_http_api_enabled=true
net_http_port=6180
net_http_port=6188

#api access allow ip addresses
net_http_api_allow_ips=localhost,127.0.0.1,0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1,::1

아래 도메인에 접근시, 다음과 같은 결과 화면이 도출됩니다.

http://{Server IP}:6180/extweb
-> HTTP ERROR 403

Scouter Paper를 사용하고 싶은데, 어떻게 해야 하나요??
