APP: Add ability to use an existing Armeria server and a base path

Modify the SzGrpcServer so that it can be constructed with an existing Armeria server and a base path and it will simply add its functionality to that server.

This will allow a single server to manage the projects and files and mappings along with with a project-specific GRPC server.
