feat: text generation specs #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We should be able to generate texts in these characteristics:
- Alfanumerical (abc123)
- With special characters like ,()%/+?*...
- With Turkish/German spesific letters (like ö,ç,ş,ü)
