cpp_ast should not contain both Call and FunctionCall nodes

There are seemingly duplicate node types Call and FunctionCall and it is not clear which one we are to be using.

This is either a code issue or a documentation issue, depending on whether it's supposed to be this way or not. Investigation needed.
