Add modal form for “Add your profile” button (feature missing)

Issue Description:
The “Add your profile” button in the UI currently does not open any modal or form.
Users have no way to add their profile information, which makes the profile listing incomplete.

Expected Behavior:

When user clicks Add your profile, a modal should appear containing a form with fields such as:

Name
GitHub link
LinkedIn link
Profile photo URL

After submission, the new user profile should be displayed in the existing list of developers.
