Feature Request - How is terraform organized in an organization

Pretty awesome step by step guide from zero to pro I would call it.
What I'm missing a bit is chapter 10, i.e. the missing piece how terraform is organized in a company.
Being it a small company with a handful of teams or a larger one with 50+ teams.
Which repositories would you have and what is inside?
Who would be responsible for what, especially in order to avoid duplication or enforcing company policies.

This for me falls under the best practice guide.
