Update Fulu spec tests to spec `1.6.0-alpha.0`

There are new spec tests added to Fulu as part of the `1.6.0-alpha.0` spec tests, they've been ignored for the time being as we're preparing for a release. Some skipped tests include `random`, `sanity_blocks` etc for Fulu.

The tests need to be updated to cover these.
