Library Convention

The lambdalib library has a solid naming convention. For consistency, it would be nice if the pdk python modules could match those of the lambdalib. Thoughts?

ramlib
iolob
stdlib
auxlib

Example:

sky130 --> sky130base
sky130io --> sky130io
sky130sc --> sky13std
sky130sram --> sky13ram

I like the convention for the libraries, but the pdks we just name for the process which seems cleaner than adding a base suffix to them.
