Maelstrom V0.5.2 Bug

Hello, i've found a bug on my current seed.

The boss last boss of the prison hasn't appeared

the spoiler log says

* Tri-Point:
* Location: D-District Prison - Bridge
* Replacing: GIM52A

but as you can see in my clips, nobody was here :D
