No file tree isolation between different worktrees and windows

Currently while having multiple active open vscode windows, it can contain only one file tree for one active worktree. This is a problem because while e.g. you're browsing files in backend worktree and then switch the window to frontend and try to browse the files, you'll have backend files while browsing frontend.
