Proposed Rope API docs will have fewer build errors when sphinx-paramlinks compatible with sphinx-apidoc

• Add auto-generated API docs python-rope/rope#797
  • Lots of build errors because people keep referencing parameters as `param` in docstrings
  • But that would be exactly the way to reference them in docstrings processed by sphinx-paramlinks...
• Degraded functionality for docstrings processed by sphinx-autoapi sqlalchemyorg/sphinx-paramlinks#23
  • ... which unfortunately is not compatible with sphinx-apidoc used by the doc build from the PR above.
