Automate generation of endpointBdd trait in smithy-rules-engine-tests #2949
Description
#2945 initially manually added an endpointBdd trait to all of the test models in the smithy-rules-engine-tests package. After discussion with @sugmanue we decided to remove those in favor of an automated transformation that will compile the endpointBdd trait from the included endpointRuleSet when SDKs consume the tests. The work to do that is not yet in place, but we are removing the endpointBdd traits from #2945, so this issue is tracking getting that done.
