`wasm` Target

I know it's already in the README.md as planned, but I just wanted to create this issue to track the current progress.

@smyrgeorge how difficult do you think is it to pull this off on top of OPFS?

Just dug a bit deeper: Wasm support for postgres and mysql is technically only possible on nodeJs, because of the limitation that browsers don't allow the use of tcp sockets. The only way would be to wrap the connection in a websocket, but that is likely outside of the scope of this library.

Concerning sqlite, there is a chance we can get it done. Currently Kotlin only supports WASI 0.1 so we are forced to use a JavaScript interface like sqlite-wasm, but in future Kotlin might support WASI 0.2. (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-64568) This would allow us to directly link the Kotlin wasmWasi target with the sqlite-wasm implementation.

Because of the fact, that I just need the core module to support wasmJs to solve my issue, I actually didn't need to implement that at all. But I'm planning browser support for my compose multiplatform application, so maybe I will come back to this issue again.
