Pretrained Reploge2022 model

Hi,

In the paper the single perturbation model is based on Reploge2022.
I found the data can be downloaded by `pert_data.load(data_name="replogle_k562_essential")`. However I didn't found the pre-trained model. In `tutorial_inference_Norman.ipynb` there is a pre-trained model based on Norman2019. It would be nice to have a similar one based on Reploge2022.
