Hey! Great work here! And I love the other projects by you and your lab!

I was curious about this tool, so I tried uploading data to the website, but that failed (the cell type option didn't pull up a drop down). Then, I went to run the python tool, based on the tutorial and the notebook, but I found that some of the files (like precice_utils.py) contain absolute paths to data in your personal folder: '/dfs/user/yhr/cell_reprogram/Data/transcription_networks/'.

I realize that this paper is still a preprint, so this GitHub and paper are still in development, but is precICE meant to be used by others yet?
I just thought I'd ask before I start diving into the codebase to apply this to my dataset.

Ie, should I only need to make a few changes to get it to work on my dataset, or would it be better to wait to use precICE until it is further developed?
I'd be happy to write a few pull requests if needed.

Thanks again for your work!
Best,
Harlan
