Error while parsing MaxNovo

Hi,

I try to analyze MaxNovo results in stitch. However, I receive the error message:

There were 2 errors while parsing.
Error: Line has too low amount of fields (57)

The data were acquired using a timsTOF, so the file I try to load is the "accumulatedMsmsScans.txt", which contains the de novo information.

Stitch currently only has support for the de novo 'msmsScans.txt', this file has 79 or 80 columns depending on the exact MaxQuant version used. Building in support for all possible MQ file variants into the current stitch is not envisioned as there are many flavours of output files all slightly different. If this file is also outputted you could run Stitch with that otherwise the file will have to be formatted into a Stitch compatible format (if needed mzTab is supported and an open standard that is easy to use).

If this did not resolve the issue please let me know.
