Problem with html-escaping in wicked links on member wiki reimport #63

Test case here: http://openfsm.net/people/tcoulter2/tcoulter2-home (why am I not surprised that seven-year old testing by @tcoulter is still uncovering new bugs :))
Content in wicked links like <a href="/about">à propos de</a>+ get mangled after reimport and turns into <a href="/about">à propos de</a>+ instead.
