Solidstart. How to return/throw redirect properly on createAsync query

for example something like this

and the route file is

I thought I just need to do the same thing to protected route check like in the layout

but it seems like it's not working, the Cannot set headers after they are sent to the client error are throw. I thought the deferStream: true were supposed to handle that. I'm just going to temporarly conditional rendering, and If I'm not supposed to do this in this scenario please let me know
