Is there a manual with working examples of settings?

It is a little unclear how to use this firewall correctly, for example, for an office with 10 computers and 1 web server for development

It's hard to give advice or provide guidance/documentation on use cases. Mainly because it's complicated since there are too many variables, not just too many settings. So, you need to figure it out yourself, sorry.
