Hey, it was my fault, I forgot to connect the pin 20 when I made some changes, but it is very easy to fix, just connect pin 20 to 5v using a small jumper wire (U5 pin 1 is a good candidate). It is already fixed since last commit, but for those who had built PCBs before, this should fix it. The cart will probably not work if this is not done.

When you build your PCB, just confirm to me that it works so I can close the Issue :)

Hi friend, unfortunately, I program my EPROMs with a custom programmer that I built, but any programmer capable of writting 27c322 should work. I don't know how can I help you with that

It worked for me, but you have to swap the bytes before flashing (Odd <==> Even)
