[Feature] Responsive UI

Summary

As part of the features we want to implement, we want to make our UI responsive.

Problem Statement

Currently, our UI doesn't fit well on different devices.

Proposed Solution

Create a CSS class to include global variables for responsiveness and apply these variables globally in App.vue.

Benefits

Our UI will fit well and look good on all devices.
