Description
Summary
Allow users to upload images to the chatbot.
Problem Statement
Currently, there's no option to upload images to chats.
Proposed Solution
Add a button next to the "Type message" bar where you can upload an image and ask the AI about it.
Benefits
Allows users to screenshot specific things in IBM SkillsBuild and ask the chatbot about it.
