Suggestion: MIDI player Web component

For music blogging use-cases, having a Web component that is as easy to integrate as html-midi-player but that packs the awesome power of SpessaSynth would be a great asset.

This is how their API works:

If you mean replacing the audio engine in html-midi-player, I actually proposed this idea. The creator is open to the idea. Maybe you can give it a try?

If you mean integrating the entire web app, the entire thing is technically modular, but most of the components are quite intertwined with each other. The full list is:

• Synth (duh)
• Sequencer (duh!)
• Keyboard
• Renderer (notes and waveforms are the same renderer)
• Synth controller
• Sequencer manager (controls, subtitles)
• Music player mode (probably not needed)
• Settings. This one is probably nearly impossible to make modular as it connects with everything else.

Great to see the alignment in thinking! I meant the first case, replacing their audio engine with yours.

I'm not exactly sitting idle at the moment, but I'll take a look at their code and see what's feasible.
