If a source markdown file gets deleted or renamed, then the associated generated .html file will be left lingering in the target directory. Use Shake's `shakeArgsPrune` (see [tutorial](http://neilmitchell.blogspot.com/2015/04/cleaning-stale-files-with-shake.html)) to automatically clean these up.
