My Export Limit Input doesn't work

I tried to set the Export Limit (input) to 10 ( which is 1% i believe), but the inverter is still running normally and exporting to the Grid. is there any other thing I need to switch on for the value to be worked?

I would like to reduce the export (ideally to zero), when the feed-in is negative.
