Scan Interval

Previously, it was advised to not set the scan interval to less than 60 seconds. I've noticed that there were many updates for error handling as well as improvements to data scanning. Do we have a new number? Can I set the scan rate to 15 seconds?

• Firmware: Ensure you're using the latest firmware for the AIO3 and inverter (v1.211 / v4.06). Older versions had unstable connections, which could cause delays or failures.
• Connection Stability: The AIO3 may block the IP address if it detects excessive requests. This happened during integration development, requiring new IP assignments in the router as blocked IPs became unusable. Port 502 may also get closed in such cases.

Why 60 Seconds?

A longer interval like 60 seconds minimizes the risk of flooding the adapter and prevents IP blocking by the AIO3. While the exact reason for SAJ's IP-blocking behavior is unclear, this setting has proven stable in practice.

in my case port 502 got closed a few days ago. Is there a way to reopen it? I feel like fool experimenting to much and now being unable to use this great integration.

Hi Martin, Try changing the IP address of the Inverter. Was told previously that this will reopen the port 502. Victor

I thought I had to change the ipaddress of HomeAssistant (which I did with no reulst) , but will try to change the inverter. Thanks.

The problem with the IP address blocking and the closed port drove me crazy during development.
