Grafana & Caddy service is instantly terminating

Hi there,

I am facing this from 13th April 2020 at night. I had enabled the SMTP configuration in the docker-compose file & restarted the docker stack. From that time Grafana & caddy service are not getting started. Also, i had reverted my changes & restarted the stack again. But the same issue.

Running to Ready & vice versa is happening for Grafana & caddy services. Other than these all services are in the running stage.

I got this error after playing with weave works. Even after pruning the swarm, weave works container was still running. See if you have any bad containers hanging around.
