Auto scroll on the interactions panel

Right now, the interactions panel only has Scroll to end button, that actually disappears when you're scrolling anyway. Stories with many steps are hard to follow automatically as they play.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to introduce an Auto Scroll toggle that will automatically scroll the view to the bottom when it's updated. When the user scrolls manually this feature is "paused" until they press the Scroll to end button or manually scroll to the bottom again.
