Use another manual for installation steps for jekyll

Use [this version](https://help.github.com/articles/setting-up-your-github-pages-site-locally-with-jekyll/#requirements) instead of [this one](https://jekyllrb.com/docs/installation/).

Reason: using bundler instead of just gem.
